Chapter 25: Cursed user

Aku stands on the ground again looking over Tarin.

'I don't stand a chance but I want to push him so I can learn more about his ability. Something like a perpetual Shiryoku can only be obtained through State 3 of Shiryoku. Opportunities don't come by like this often.'

*Swoosh*

Tarin appeared right in front of Aku but his smile was no longer present.

'Is the dimension still active?'

Tarin swung a right hook right to Aku's left cheek, he then hit vice versa on the other side. The punches felt like spiked brass knuckles that couldn't penetrate Aku's skin. He then sent a jab to the stomach then another to the chest it all felt simultaneous.

'His attacks they're to fast. I can't see them coming?'

Aku coughed up blood as the strikes continued.

'I'm gonna pass o-....'

A moment in time must've slowed down as Aku found himself in a state his body doesn't have control over.

-Despair-

Aku's body caught the next blow.

*Pop*

Aku woke up feeling his shoulder pop out of place and Tarin suddenly being in the air now.

"Neat trick you have there, allowing your Aspect to have full control over your body while you're unconscious no wonder you've survived so long. But there are levels to Aspect that you have not just met yet."

The air felt heavy as it felt like it was pushing Aku into the ground.

'What the hell?!'

"This is pure Aspect control Aku. I'm what's known as a Aspect Master, last time I checked I don't know very many other as good as me!"

*Crunch*

Aku felt a few bones break in his body as he suddenly dropped to the solid floor.

'Demon's Aspect! Every demon is born with one even I know that. I jut never knew there was a way to have this much control over something like that! The state my body goes in when I'm touching death that's my Aspect protecting me. How do I use it? Fast Fast think conserve all your energy Aku come on!'

"GOD DAMNIT"

Aku thought about what he feels when he uses his shiryoku.

'That feeling, this feeling…breath…'

*Crack*

More bones broke in his back as Tarin watched in haste.

'Maybe I can't push him this far yet?'

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

*Lightning crackle*

The area flashed black and white as Aku was standing, his right arm engulfed in a dark electric energy.

Tarin's face was surprised as an overwhelming amount of shock came over him.

'Could it be?'

Aku stood up leaning to the right and he was huffing looking down. He slowly looked up as his shiryoku was fading. He slowly looked up at Tarin.

"...come at me."

"You idiot,"

Tarin released his Aspect as it was obvious the Aspect Aku had just used countered the pressure. Tarin dashed at Aku but...

*Biff*

He caught Aku as he fell over.

'This kid is something else entirely.'

A door appeared once again as Tarin walked towards it carrying Aku.

'I never thought I'd meet one in my lifetime. This boy is something special that's for sure, rather that's good or not is up to him.'

Tarin thought of Yaki as he walked out of the door.

'Two generational talents at my disposal, can hardly wait to train them up!'

*Door closes*
