Chapter 43: Ena The Sound Demon

One of the demon's stared down on Zefu's division.

'Pitiful...'

The demon jumped as her hair danced with the wind. The other three demons followed as they ran down the building.

*soft thud*

'Is this her Karada's ability? The noise cancellation is near perfect. Could she be the leader?'

Amon looked at the four who were now all standing about 40 feet away from them in the empty street with a few tall buildings around them.

"My name is Ena, Princess of the Sound Demons of Aubu,"

'Princess!?'

All three were shocked by the news. A princess of one of the most powerful demon clan's was in front of them at this very moment.

"This is our land now…so if you wish to keep your lives I recommend you to leave at once."

'This is bad news…the sound demons in recent history have shown to be very articulate with how they go about their plans. Not once in D.E.O. history have we been able to successfully nullify them anywhere they have attacked without casualties.'

Amon gripped his blade on his side. Suddenly the vehicle weight rocked as Gas-Tank jumped off.

'What is she doing?'

Gas-Tank walked up slowly to Ena and the 3 other sound demons. Her confident strut was intimidating to say the least. The street lights shown on her as if they were making a walkway for her straight to the supposed Princess of the Sound Demons, Ena.

'What is this human doing?'

Ena looked at Gas-Tank as she approached her. Ena looked in the eyes of the glowing mask as they were face to face. Ena felt somewhat threatened as Gas-Tank suddenly brought her hand up. Everyone watched now in anticipation.

'You got to be kidding me..'

Amon was disappointed as he looked at Gas-Tank who held her middle finger in Ena's face.

'No one keeps me from saying what's on my mind!'

Sally roared in her head as she was laughing silently her other hand reached for her blade.

*Slice*

Ena dodged the blade swing losing a strand of hair. Ena jabbed at Gas-Tank's neck but was met with Gas-Tank blocking it.

'What?'

Ena was somewhat annoyed Gas-Tank blocked her strike. Amon watched as he pulled out his katana and started to run towards them.

"You humans are slower than ever."

*Soft Crash*

Ena kicked Gas-Tank's body into a nearby building before she fell over.

'Shit!'

Amon locked eyes with Ena as she seemed annoyed still. Behind Amon built a bright blue light.

'She's fast…but can she dodge this?'

Archer shot off 4 arrows all aimed at the demons.

'Silly human with some arrows…Does he think I'm some small animal?'

Ena prepared herself to catch all four arrows. Archer watched with a smile as a gadget on his side beeped,

'Just how I planned…'

He smiled.

*Boom*

A large explosion went off right before contact as the noise seemed to be nothing but a small firework.

'Archer's arrows prove to be very useful, but there's no way that did any real damage.

Archer and Amon looked at each other as he signaled to Amon to check on Gas-Tank. Amon shook his head in agreeance as he ran over to the building Gas-Tank had been kicked into.

Archer readied another arrow into his bow and locked it in place as he put another arrow in his hand. He started to think.

'There's no way that took them out…why haven't they reappeared yet?'

*Swift*

Three sound demons with head masks surrounded Archer.

'Shit'

'Gas-Tank!'

Amon kneeled down by Gas-Tank as he felt for a pulse.

'She seems to be fine just knocked out.'

*Swift*

Ena appeared a few feet behind Amon as she went to strike him while he wasn't looking. It was by instinct Amon turned and redirected her with his katana.

'The explosion definitely hit, I can tell by her apparel but other than her clothes she looks unscathed. This whole no noise thing is getting annoying.'

"Tell me human…"

Ena looked at Amon with pity.

"...how do you plan on defeating me?"

Suddenly Amon felt his eardrums pop.

'What the? Wait…Ani.'

*Beep*

"I sent in an EMP, you guys should be able to hear me now. Along with being able to hear in general that is. The only way they can counteract it is if they overpower the EMP with their Aspects. So P.S. DONT let that happen!"

Amon looked up at Ena and he hummed confirming his sense of hearing was back.

"I plan on beating you because it's my mission. Simple as that, simple enough for even a demon like you to understand."

*Shink*

Amon watched as Ena's hands had been loaded with tiny shuriken.

"Well it seems your sense of hearing is back…I love a good fight so don't disappoint me. I warn you when it comes to fighting humans I haven't lost yet. Let's just see how long you'll last."

'Sound demons are known for being extremely fast by nature. Can I even keep up with her in this situation?'

*Shink*

The shuriken were thrown at unimaginable speeds.

'She disappeared before the Shuriken!'

"Today will be the last day you breathe human!"

Ena said next to Amon's ear as she watched the shuriken come forward.
