Chapter 45: Zefu's Little Sister, Shojia "The Monster"

An aura started to surround the area as Shojia's hat flew off her head, revealing cat ears. Her Monster Aspect was overbearing as it overshadowed everyone in the area. Her eyes, nails, and teeth were all set on destroying one thing. Her hair started to stick up slightly as Shojia locked eyes with Ena. Ena looked back at this monster.

'I've never felt a presence this strong before! Her Aspect...'

Ena looked down at her hands, she was shaking in fear.

"What is this feeling?."

*Slice*

Blood splattered on Ena's face as she turned to see one of her guard's head had been completely sliced off.

*Glass Shattering*

That very same attack had sliced into the building behind Ena. Ena realized a multitude of things in that moment, but nothing made her body tremble more than the fact that Shojia was...

'She's faster than me!'

*Clash*

Ena clashed with Shojia as she appeared above her in a blurry image. The impact from the clash created a small crater in the ground as Shojia was now visible. Shojia's claws were long and sharp, drenched in blood, with nothing but the urge to sink deep into Ena's skin. The two of their Aspect's combated each other but there was no hope for Ena, as she felt completely overpowered by this monster of a being. The crater deepen once more as Shojia applied more force onto Ena. The impact caused glass of nearby buildings to shatter as Ena looked at this monster's face it was like looking into the eyes of a bloodlusted animal. Shojia's eyes were now near identical to that of a cats, but the only difference was that her eyes presented nothing but being the predator in this very fight.

'I need to run! Is it even possible to run?'

Ena tried slipping away as Shojia started screaming inaudibly. Shojia jumped off of Ena as within instant she was already coming back down to strike once more.

"DIE!"

*SLICE*

Shojia slashed at Ena's entire body.

'Not like this!'

Ena looked deep within herself as she manages to barely out maneuver Shojia for a moment as she back steps as far as possible from Shojia who had landed on the ground creating a large slash in the ground.

'I must figure something out!'

Ena's Aspect started to flare around her, she looked at Shojia as not even a second later Shojia was dashing at her. 

"Sound Demon Technique: Complete Silence!"

*Thwooom*

Shojia's hearing was completely gone now, but it didn't matter.

'She is faster than me, but she still makes noise and a lot of it. So that means If she cant hear me maybe I can get the edge...but if that doesn't work....then I might have to use both techniques at once.'

*Swift*

*Clash*

Shojia's 5 claws on her right hand were all me with shuriken in Ena's hand, almost reactively Ena grabbed Shojia's left hand to restrain her. The air tensioned as Shojia started to open her mouth as wide as possible vertically like a monster from a horror movie.

'...No way!'

"Guards!"

One of Ena's guards then jumped in between Ena and Shojia, causing Ena to let go of Shojia. The guard landed right in Shojia's mouth.

*SQEULCH*

Shojia took a clean bite of the upper half of the demon's body as she swallowed it whole. Ena was already running alongside the building near them. Shojia was salivating at the taste of the demons blood as she watched Ena run upside the building with a feral smile.

"DEMON BLOOD! SOUUND DEMON BLOOD SO SO WARM!"

Shojia's monstrous voice echoed the area.

'What is she doing now?'

Shojia felt a grab at her neck as Shojia stood alongside the building front of her. Ena felt a stabbed in her stomach as Shojia pulled out her claws of her stomach, as they were drenched in Ena's blood. Ena grabbed on to Shojia's grip with both hands but couldn't get out of it. Shojia's feral eyes stared into Ena's, as she licked Ena's blood of her claws.

"Princess blood....so warm!"

Ena's eyes teared up in pain and in fear.

'I'm gonna die.'

"REMOVE YOUR HANDS FROM THE PRINCESS!"

Shojia looked to her side as one of the guards was charging at her from the right side. The guard carried a sword as it was shining slightly, for it had been imbued with all of his Aspect.

'He's crazy! He'll die no matter what!'

Ena watched as Shojia remained her grip on Ena's neck with her right hand. Shojia quickly spun counter clockwise and positioned Ena in front of the attack.

*Squelch*

The sword went straight through Ena's back and was an Inch away from Shojia's stomach. Blood spilt out of Ena's mouth as her body went slightly limp. 

"I'm sorry Princess Ena...it was the only thing I could come up with!"

The guards Aspect disappeared, he fell off the side of the building. Shojia held onto Ena's neck as she noticed she was holding a corpse. Shojia couldn't hear a heartbeat nor feel one as she let go of Ena's body leaving it to fall off the side of the building.

'Now!'

Ena's Aspect flourished in front of Shojia. Shojia looked at Ena catch herself on the side of the building using her aspect. Her Aspect seemed to be radiating off of her skin, the sword that was in her back had completely disappeared. Ena's stomach wound from Shojia's claws had been completely gone as if it was refilled by metal.

'A forbidden technique among Demon's. When transferring ones Aspect into a weapon or weapons in theory it is possible to do so with being able to transfers ones aspect to another. However in all of history Sound demons have been the only ones to figure it out in a life sustainable way and yet it is forbidden even in dire situations.'

Ena thought back to the guard who had infused all of his Aspect into the sword.

'I thought he was going for a do or die attack, but it seems he intentionally meant to stab me all along to keep me alive. That sword infused itself with me along with all of himself and yet...'

Ena locked eyes with Shojia who was once again salivating at the thrill of the battle. The air felt as still as them as Ena's ability was still in affect with Shojia not being able to hear.

'I will have to pull out everything in hope to win this battle! With what the guard gave me I have to try to pull it all off!' 

*Swift*

Shojia had disappeared from Ena's sights but it wasn't a matter of vision that concerned Ena. All that mattered was what she knew best, she had to listen to the sound around her.

'Focus...Focus'

Ena closed her eyes.

*Light footsteps on glass*

*A singular shard of glass cracking*

'She's Attacking!'

*SLICE*

Not even a second after Ena moved slightly to dodge the attack, Shojia had made 3 large claw marks no less than 5 feet deep into the building, the attack went from the third floor to the 17th floor.

'Shit!'

Ena opened her ewes to look up and down in search of Shojia.

'Such a widespread attack! She's adjusting already to me, instead of aiming for me she's attacking the entire building in hope to hit me or worse...trap me!'

*SLICE*

Another slice went through the building as it had stretched longer than the last one, going from the 5th floor to the 36th. It was no less than 12 feet deep into the building. Ena started to scale up the building towards the roof as fast as possible. She felt the glass tremble beneath her feet as if the building itself was in fear of the monster. 

'I can hear her! Yet I still can't keep up with her! It seems like the more room she has the larger and stronger the attack is, this building is abandoned but its still nearly 50 floors!'

Ena closed her eyes as she continued to run up the building, she could feel the start of Shojia's next attack.

'I guess I just picked a bad building to try and take her on at…still there's still a way to try and catch up to her to at least put us on equal footing, even if just for a moment!'

"Sound Demon Technique: Total Amplification"

A technique that most sound demons see as pointless for Ena this was exactly what she needed in this moment. All she needed was to be able to keep up with Shojia's movements even if it was just for a moment.

*Sliii-*

Shojia sliced through the 2nd floor up to the 34th floor of the building. In this moment of range and freedom without a doubt Shojia could've sliced to the highest point of the building yet she was stopped rather abruptly with pull at her talk. Shojia felt herself be swung around as Ena had grabbed her by the tail and was using it to throw Shojia.

Ani watched in awe as her cigarette rested on her bottom lip.

"No way!"

Ena's technique of Total Amplification had done exactly what she had wanted it to. It's main function is to make it so Ena can hear anything on a designated target from the target's muscle movements to even being able to slightly see what the target is thinking. With it working hand and hand with her technique of complete silence she was able use both abilities simultaneously to be able to keep up with Shojia's movements for a split second. This made it almost impossible for Shojia to get by untouched. The only downside to doing something this drastic was. 

'I can only maintain both of these techniques for a short amount of time!' 

Ena looked up at Shojia in the eyes as Her Karada wavered for a moment, its gleaming strength and prowess it had just demonstrated was not wavering in the eyes of a trapped beast. Shojia noticed something as she smiled deviously with her aspect charging up for another attack. Ena quickly threw Shojia by the tail down alongside the building. 

'She's noticed that as well!'

Shojia rolled backwards mid air as she used her right hands claws to catch herself from falling all the way down.

'Complete Silence...it's wearing off she'll be able to hear me! My Aspect is being pushed to new limits...how do I keep up like this?'

Ena reinforced her Aspect to help her stay steadied on the side of the building.

*Crack*

Shojia's ears twitched in excitement as she stared down Ena with wide eyes.

"I HEARD YOU!"

*Thwoom*

'It was only a moment but I can keep up with her if I find a way to get both techniques off at the same time again and use them simultaneously without fail.' 

Ena looked at Shojia's claws which were at her face now.

'That is if I survive this...'

*SLICE*

*Floors Collapsing*

Amon looked up at collapsing building. 

'That last attack from Shojia completely destroyed the building…Still they were too high up for me to see if it hit the demon or not. The two of them...I could only dream of being able to fight against them let alone stay alive just watching them fight was heard enough.'

Archer touched Amon's shoulder interrupting his thoughts. They both watched as the building collapsed on itself.

"There's no way that demon survived that! Princess or not that is the sister of Zefu we are talking about after all."

Archer smiled.

*Beep*

The beep made both of them jump.

"They're in the air!"

Amon and Archer looked higher above where it had peaked before crumbling down. They saw two figures fighting in the sky.

'No way!'

Amon thought to himself in fear watching from the ground. As it was Completely silent around them once again.

"SOUND DEMON TECHNIQUE: COMPLETE SILENCE!"

Ena yelled at the top of her lungs as she held off a fierce Shojia in combat. Ena's left eye had been slashed vertically with her being almost entirely drenched in blood. Her Aspect fluctuated as it had been tested to its limit but it was also peaking in terms of a possible awakening. The feeling was almost rejuvenating her spirits.

'I put all of my aspect into blocking the attack, Yet she still managed to cut my left eye and even managed to bring the both of us in to the air even higher than where the roof was once before. I've never used my aspect like that it was like I had complete control over my body's aura. Still I should have lost my head, I should have died...Death…I was so close to death just now...it was...

Ena smiled.

'It felt...amazing!'

One of Shojia's claws slowly started to puncture Ena's chest As Shojia started to overpower Ena. Shojia's smile brightened as Ena smiled right back. Ena took her right foot as she fluctuated her Aspect to force Shojia off of her sending her higher into the sky as they both were still descending downwards toward the ground.

'The feeling of being so close to dying...I feel so free...Father would be so proud,'

Ena's hair flared in the wind as if each strand was a paintbrush for the night sky above the two of them. Ena looked to the sky that was full of stars  As for Shojia's view it was nothing but staring towards a demon drenched in blood, a pallet of food waiting to be eaten. Beyond that pallet was nothing but the debris of the building Shojia herself had destroyed and the cold ground waiting beneath the two of them.

'In the state I am in now…Death is almost certain...yet I feel like I have already won!'

*Thwift*

Ena felt her Aspect as it was experiencing a change as it was wrapping around her like a snake. Shojia looked at Ena's Aspect change as it became more appealing, her taste for blood roared.

"COME AT ME MONSTER, DEMON TECHNIQUE: TOTAL AMPLIFICATION!"

Ena smiled as Shojia reached for her while they both continued to fall.

*Tiny itches*

Ena was enthralled as her Karada was ready for evolution, it was blooming with every breath she took.

'I can hear every atom on this monster's body…Still, she's guaranteed to beat me like this so I am left with no other options.'

*Squelch*

She lathered her right hand with blood from her left eye wound. Her Aspect imbued itself within her blood as she fell closer to the ground. She stared up looking past Shojia at the stars beyond.

"You have lost monster!"

Shojia's claws neared Ena but was stopped as Ena grand Shojia's arms with her left hand and using her Aspect she made another arm off of her Karada to hold back Shojia's left hand. Ena smashed her bloody right hand in Shojia's face as she made a symbol on the monsters face. Shojia's broke free as the extra arm Ena had made disappeared. 

'My very own Karada Technique!'

"Beyond Trance!"

*Slice*

*Crash*

The two monsters hit the ground creating a large crater in the pile of debris that made lots of dust surround the area. Amon walked over slowly as he could hear again. He edged the crate that was formed as he saw a figure in the middle of the crater.

'No…no way!'

"ha…haha..haha...HAHAHAHA!"

Ena stood with a large gash on her leg and side of her hip. Her gash on her left eye was opened up deeper as well, but none of that seemed to bother her as her manic laughing surrounded the area now.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA, I AM THE CHOSEN PRINCESS OF THE SOUND DEMONS…"

*Violent Bloody coughs*

"You really think I'd lose to some...fake monster…You humans and your cheap tricks. Trying to cut corners to beat us."

Ena looked over at Amon who was about 20 feet away staring him in the eyes as he held his blade up at her.

"It doesn't matter how many times you try to put us in a corner. We'll always find a way out…I gave you a chance to run, I YES ME THE SUPERIOR being gave you a chance to live."

She spit out some blood as the dust cleared showing Shojia unconscious with a sign made of blood on her forehead.

"You humans disgust me. Throwing away your lives for the greater "good", I'll make your deaths quick."

"Are you done talking yet?"

Archer asked as he stood next to Amon with his gear glowing. His bow was loaded with 4 arrows and he was about to shoot.

A woman then laughed a few feet behind Ena.

"I'm glad you said something blue!"

Shojia turned behind her as Gas Tank said showing up on the other side of Amon and Archer.

"Nice to see ya green! How was your nap?"

Archer asked with a smile.

"It was great! I had a dream about killing this bitch so lets make it a reality!"

Amon looked at the two of them.

'Green and blue? I get it I guess but they never said anything about having two code-names.'

Ena looked at the three of them realizing her wounds.

'If it wasn't for that monster nearly killing me I could kill all 3 of them in this instant.'

"Hey…"

Amon spoke as everyone looked at him slightly surprised hearing his serious voice. The aura that was presenting itself off of him was dark as he stared down Ena.

"Let's kill the bitch!"
