Chapter 5: Cargo
Aku sits on top of a building staring at the cars driving past each other on the streets.
'If I remember exactly, the cargo should be passing by on this street soon?'
"Why do you work for my father?"
Aku looked back at The Raven with a bit of surprise from her question.
"I could be asking you the same question, however it'd be more along the lines of...Why Are you his daughter?"
"My father Took me under his wing because no one else would. Besides in a world were Demons join up with humans, why is it so hard to think of the opposite?"
Aku looked back in his memories for a moment while staring down the passing cars.
"Your ideals are short sighted."
The Raven went back into silence in annoyance of Aku's words.
'What the hell does he know?'
As the two went back into a subtle silence Aku thought to himself when he first met The Boss.
'So long ago.'
He stared off into the distance watching the cars closely as he thought back to an old memory.

A young boy stood over a man as he stood on top of a pool of blood. The boy's face was pale and emotionless as blood dropped from his hands. He looked down at a lifeless thug. The boy walked away as he started to walk towards a large air vent as suddenly someone grabbed his shoulder. He looked back with intensity. However his intensity was soon turned down as he looked up at a tall and lanky person.
"Why the loss of vigor?"
That was how Aku met The Boss. It was a personal and close meeting. Aku remembers trying to get away from him but he's always had tabs on him. It was bound for him to find out about Yaki but Aku did try his best.
"I know what your father wants from you Raven,"
Aku turns back to her subtly.
"He wants nothing more than my head on his platter. I've had to deal with it since I was a child and since then, would you like to know what has happened to every person he's sent in to attempt to kill me?"
The Raven replied with a blank stare.
"I've dealt with them all with how your father would have."
"The difference between me and them is that I'm not just one of my father's pawns. I serve a value they didn't. Meaning if you were to kill me you'd have to go head on with him. You don't even plan on killing me."
'She's not dumb, I'll give her that.'
"You're right about a few things, but do not think for a moment you have the upper hand on me!"
Raven said her words in a ready position as Aku sat in silence looking out into the road. Intensity was felt surging off of The Raven. It wasn't rage or violence but it was rather a sort of jealousy.
'Who the hell does he think he is! All he is and ever will be is one of my father's pawns. I should kill him for even speaking down on me to show Father my potential.'
"They're here."
Raven stopped her inner monologue and looked over to see what Aku was talking about. She saw no car that would even look or resemble a DEO cargo transport vehicle.
"The hell are you talking about?"
"The cargo is on its way."
Aku said, pointing towards the street beyond. Raven squinted seeing the cargo come straight towards them. The only thing was...
'How in the world can he just see it like that? That at least has to be around 30 miles away!'
"How do you know that's the Cargo? It's so far away."
"I can see it. Now get ready, I don't have to wait for you."

-A few moments later-
Aku stood up and watched the cargo approach them as it made a swift turn. They both headed to other buildings. Holding their positions, a weird feeling approached Aku.
'What is this, is someone else here maybe?'
Aku noticed how close the cargo was getting as he looked down and then looked into a window to see his reflection staring back at him. He could barely tell which version of him was him or not. He looked at his mask and back to the cargo which was almost below him. He stood on the edge of the building now as he slowly fell off towards the cargo.
'Just a quick job and get back home afterwards right? Can't be that hard right?'
Aku notices a little pink ball coming at him at an alarming speed. No bigger than a small bouncy ball.
'What the-?'
*Boom*
Smoke dwelled from the sky as The Raven watched Aku fall to the ground from being directly hit by the ball. Aku landed hard on the ground but immediately regained himself as his head started to bleed he looked up towards the smoke.
The smoke started to clear as someone jumped through it with such speed. They wore a pink outfit and a complete pink mask with nothing but a smile on it. Aku saw their pink attire and pink hair. He knew immediately who it was.
'The Pink Parasite!'
